Does Spark offer a free trial of Plus and Pro?
How do I manage an individual subscription?
In the app, go to Settings → Spark Account → Manage.
How do I manage my team’s subscription?
1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Teams.
4. Choose a team and click Manage Team.
5. You will be directed to the Team Preferences page which allows you to manage your team. Click Billing at the top.
If I purchase a subscription on iOS, will it work cross-platform?
Yes. Spark subscription unlocks paid features on all the devices where you use Spark; e.g., if you bought your subscription on iOS, it will be valid for Windows, Mac and Android devices that have Spark installed.
What subscription plans do you offer and how can I purchase them?
We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans.You can purchase on our pricing page or directly in the app. For annual plans, we display the monthly equivalent to help compare costs.
I don’t want to pay for an email client. Can I use Spark for free?
Yes. Spark Free includes all the essential features for managing your inbox and connecting multiple accounts. It’s designed for individuals who want a simple, modern email experience at no cost. If you need AI-powered tools, advanced collaboration, or professional team features, you can explore our paid plans.
Is Spark +AI enabled by default?
No. Spark +AI is disabled by default. You can manage your usage of any AI-related features in your app settings → Spark +AI.
Does Spark +AI have limitations?
Spark +AI is available on our Premium, Plus, and Pro plans. Each plan has a set monthly quota, which will cover most of your usage needs to generate emails, summarize threads, and submit requests to AI Assistant. If you reach your quota, you can purchase a one-time add-on or wait until it automatically refills the next month. We’ll let you know when your balance reaches 10% so you can monitor usage; however we anticipate most users won’t need to recharge their balance at all.
Free users can try a limited free preview of Spark +AI via AI Assistant, but cannot purchase add‑ons when their quota is used up.
